Meet Dr Jack Madden

Your Partner in Lasting Health and Wellness

Dr Jack Madden is a dedicated chiropractor whose journey into the profession began in a rather unexpected way. Growing up playing Rugby Union in New Zealand, one might assume his path to chiropractic care stemmed from sports injuries.

However, it was actually a chronic sinus issue that first introduced him to the transformative benefits of chiropractic care when conventional treatments failed.

His personal experience of remarkable results fuels his passion to help others achieve similar outcomes.

Dr Jack has always had an interest in health, exercise and fun. He spends his free time at his local CrossFit gym, practicing his golf swing or hitting the pavement on Sundays for a morning run. However, his favourite Sunday morning routine involves catching up on the weekends golf or formula 1 results with a coffee in hand.

Qualifications and Expertise

After graduating from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2018 with a Bachelor of Chiropractic (BChiro), Dr Jack has remained committed to continuous professional development. He engages in weekly learning opportunities to enhance his skills as a practitioner and human being. Dr. Jack has an interest in Chiropractic BioPhysics, a comprehensive postural assessment and correction protocol used at Forest Lake Chiropractic, aimed at delivering long-term results for patients.

Chiropractic BioPhysics®

Is Your Posture Holding You Back? Explore CBP for Long-Term Spinal Health

Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP) is a research-backed technique designed to correct spinal posture and restore ideal alignment. CBP addresses the structural root causes of dysfunction, aiming to create long-term improvements in both posture and overall spinal health.

A key part of the CBP process involves detailed spinal X-rays, which allow us to assess your unique alignment and design a customised traction plan tailored to your needs. The traction setups used are based specifically on these X-ray findings, ensuring that each individual receives care that is precise, effective, and measurable. It’s important to note that CBP is an optional pathway within our practice. While some patients choose to include CBP as part of their chiropractic care to pursue long-term structural correction, others may continue with traditional adjustments alone.

We will walk you through the findings and discuss your goals, empowering you to make the choice that best supports your health journey. If you are looking for a scientific, personalised approach to improving your posture and spinal function, CBP may be the right fit for you.
